Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper for Transformers
Also known as: DDP Paper, Diamond Dotted Paper
Diamond dotted insulation paper uses a controlled diamond pattern of modified epoxy resin on electrical insulation paper. During the specified drying and heating process, the resin supports bonding between winding layers while leaving paths for oil penetration and gas release.
Dimensions, materials, tolerances and testing requirements are confirmed according to customer drawings and order specifications.

What information is needed for a DDP quotation?
Provide the paper grade, thickness, roll dimensions, coating configuration, quantity, applicable standard, packing requirement and delivery destination.
Is DDP the same as plain transformer insulation paper?
No. DDP includes a patterned resin coating that supports bonding during the specified heating process; plain insulating paper does not provide the same coated bonding function.
